This so called management company is in charge of Cherokee Gardens on Cherokee road... Do yourself Justice and do not use this company they do not maintain your property whatsoever and if you have a problem that needs addressed they will not respond as I am an owner at the gardens
Everytime I call Suzanne she is never available! its very frustrating. These companies want your money but cannot comply with simple maintenance request. I would love to speak with someone or anyone for that matter at blue arrow!
This is an update (March 10) on the Blue Arrow Property Management Co. I just checked my checking account and Blue Arrow has made another attempt to withdraw funds from my account for HOA Payments and for Special Assessment charges that are no longer due BECAUSE I SOLD THE PROPERTY last week!!!! :-D Do not do business with this company!! I would have given 0 stars. Left my mom with an unplowed driveway and sidewalk snow covered. This is supposed to be taken care of with her HOA fees. Nothing but excuses as to why they didn’t do their job.
Two years in won’t post bank statements. Want to send excel sheets of them. They lie and say they are on my portal. Von allmen court is not their real address its restaurants. Unless they are inside the REGUSS lobby upstairs but I doubt they’d let you in because they like to hide behind their answering machines and google reviews (wouldnt respond to my emails or voicemails but just posted a generic comment about using a handheld device and trust me my hoa president getting those bank statements from her would be like pulling... read more
