Review 1: Michelle, manager of the property, no need to be so condescending in your emails. Review 2: My husband received a voicemail from BAPM stating there’s a leak coming from the unit we own (but do not live in) and that they are trying to gain access to turn the water off. I called them back and they stated they tried to reach out to us a few times and if we did not answer then they were going to report us to Jefferson county health department. Blue Arrow manages my Condo Association and is extremely professional. Suzannah Parrish is informed of our bylaws, the features of the property, and knows the residents and owners personally. She is responsive and efficient when it comes to routine matters such as meetings and maintenance, as well as ad hoc problems related to the facilities or the residents. Her leadership style is to be informed, listen, and suggest and deliver common sense solutions. Highly recommend Blue Arrow.
