WORST grooming experience in my pet’s 9 years. I had asked to NOT shave my pet. He’s a Maltese and I like him fluffy. I was VERY specific and clear. When I picked up my pet he was shaved, where you could see his pink skin. Also, razor burn was severe on my pets bottom and hind legs. Took to vet. Vet gave a steroid shot and antibiotics for the staff infection that had developed. When I went back the next day to address the issue with Kayla, who groomed my pet.
