Can't even use the ITM to get money out of a business account.. lady answer the call then hangs up after I tell her I am making a withdrawal from the business account... going to be changing to different place, with better hours and better workers.
I learned a long time ago the 'tone at the top' is important. Leadership of the credit union is unconcerned with customer service.
