My favorite teller to go to us Jennifer Lisek. She always has a beautiful smile to greet me or other customers
I have been with BluCurrent for years. Jennifer Lisek has been amazing. She is always pleasant and great energy. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to banking but if you ask a question she doesn’t feel confident in answering, she won’t hesitate to go ask someone who may hold the answer and get back to you. She knows her customers and I feel like not just another account holder. She will ask how my day is or I’ve heard her ask a customer how their dog is doing and called them by name. That’s great service.
By far the worst bank I've ever banked with. They have an issue with their mobile banking and making sure payroll checks are cleared. The automated system told me that my available balance was one thing and the bank said it was another. I ended up with over $500 in overdrafts because of an error on their side. The did not clear the checks (same payroll check they see evey 2 weeks) and the money was not available even though the system said it was. The manage made me feel as though it was my fault even though I followed their... read more
