I’m a new goer at Blu Salon and I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves excellent service, some pampering and a cozy atmosphere. Tricia did an incredible job on a balayage I had done. She was truly impressive with her knowledge of different hair types, colors and misc accommodations. I was so happy with the result and really admire her patience and flair. 5/5 experience and definitely will be back!

Had a couples massage booked for our anniversary- 30 mins prior to appointment they called and cancelled - someone called off - listen to the reviews DO NOT BOOK A COUPLES MASSAGE WITH THEM. So disappointed - put the biggest bummer on our morning
Was strung along for weeks of rescheduling and cancelling by the salon only to eventually find out the stylist I had booked with no longer worked here. I was then put with a stylist who did an absolute hack job on my hair. It is the first time I have actually had to trim uneven chunks of hair after getting a haircut. It was also an incredibly blunt and unflattering haircut. I was not given any discount for the multiple cancellations by the salon. Atmosphere was nice, the massage lady was great. The business itself 2 star. Called for a deep tissue and didn't get that. Had a hour long gift certificate and had to pay 20 more dollars. Not sure how you give out gift cards for hour long massage but still make people pay more. Luckily I brought money otherwise what would happen
