More than disappointed. My son was getting married in June 2023 and we planned to have the rehearsal dinner at Blu Pointe. In January 2023 we met with Kayla, to discuss our plans, confirmed the date was available, select the space we desired as well as gave a deposit. We were told that Mary Bonura Caster, the Catering Director, would reach out to us. We received an e-mail later that day from Kayla acknowledging our deposit and again confirming the date. Slow and horrible service. We had reservations and we kept waiting for a table took about a half an hour to get a table. Then we ordered drinks took about a half an hour to 45 minutes to get a beer totally ridiculous. For the price of this please the service should be excellent. We were highly disappointed 😔
