The food was okay, but the customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. When I arrived, I stood waiting for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me or seated me. Once I was finally seated, my waitress was rude from the very beginning and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. After placing my order, I received my drink and pizza, but that was the last time anyone checked on me. NOT ONCE did anyone come back to ask if I needed anything or if everything was okay. Really great pizza, obviously someone is putting some attention into the ingredients.
This should never happen. Only certain restaurants struggle with their online presence. This is one of them. Let’s fix it, because the food looks good, if contrived.
