I renewed my lease to a larger unit within the same community, but my overall experience has been disappointing. Below are the main issues I’ve faced: 1. Security Deposit & Lease Transition Despite leaving my first unit spotless (brand new, no damage, thoroughly cleaned), my full $500+ deposit was withheld. I entered room on Aug 11th.Highly recommend this apartment! The environment here is beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The building feels secure and modern, with lovely common areas. What truly made our stay special, however, was Mahi.Her service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions promptly. Mahi's dedication and kindness enhanced our experience.

We have such an awesome leasing office here. They are all so helpful and friendly. Mahi is the best; always has a smile on and gets @“?: done. She really cared about a privacy issue I was having.
