Alex has been incredibly supportive and always takes the time to listen whenever I have concerns. He has gone out of his way to help me more than once, and it truly means a lot. I’ve never felt like just another tenant. He makes me feel heard and cared for. Best leasing office manger EVER!
We just moved in and are already so happy with our new apartment! Huge thanks to our manager, Mahi — she was incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. She helped us find our dream home and made everything easy and stress-free. The apartment is exactly what we were looking for! So far, everything has been great, and we really appreciate all of Mahi’s help!
After a year and a half I am now leaving this wonderful place. It has been a great experience, a big thanks to Mahi, Alex, Will, and Andi for making my time here at Blu Laguna a great one! If your looking for a place to live that will elevate your lifestyle choose Blu!

I've had a fantastic experience living at Blu so far. The management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents comfort and satisfaction. Mahi and Andy are so kind, helpful, and are always a pleasure to talk to. The building itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. Common areas are always tidy, and amenities like the gym and outdoor spaces are a huge plus. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. I am so so happy here!!
