Blu Laguna Niguel is absolutely a wonderful place to live. The complex is fabulous! Apartments are beautiful and well laid out. Amenities are amazing and modern from the pools, club houses, gyms and sky deck - just a great atmosphere over all. The reaident /customer care e.g. the fun events, excellent maintenance, and responsiveness is super impressive. It is an especially perfect place if you have a dog with the spacious private dog park and trails. Everyone is friendly and the security is a plus.

Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I applied at Blu Laguna Niguel and was shocked to have my application denied because their income verification software flagged my documents as “possibly fraudulent.” I work in property management myself and am very familiar with these screening tools, particularly Snappt, which are notoriously unreliable. Simple things like saving a file as “print to PDF” or renaming a document can cause it to be flagged as “tampered.” I explained this to the Property Manager, who showed zero wil... read more

My husband and I have been living here for 5 years. In the beginning, everything was great — clean, professional, friendly management, and a real sense of luxury living. We truly loved it here and recommended this place to many people. But for the past year and a half, the service has been absolutely terrible. For example, in the business center, there’s constantly no coffee, no milk, no water, no cups — nothing. I work from home and can’t even make myself a coffee anymore. After living here with my partner for over 1 year, I am happy to say this is a lovely place to live, and so far it’s been our favorite. We have a large 1/1 with dual bathroom vanities and a large stationary kitchen island. The amenities are great even though we don’t use them much. The gym is well equipped for most people. Recently moved out of Blu, terminating lease early. The move was prompted by a new job in LA however would have stayed if conditions were better. The safety and security is comprised: the parking garage is a free for all. The gate hasn’t worked since I moved in, with management seemingly turning a blind eye and making excuses. What makes matters worse is that the door leading to the apartments also didn’t work. Anyone could simply park and stroll in, and they did.
