We had an amazing experience from start to finish! We were thoroughly informed about the options available to help us select our first spa. Installation was an absolute breeze and completed by a crew of courteous, professional and detail oriented staff. We are thankful that such an excellent company like Blu Haven Spa’s are available locally in southwest North Dakota to ensure a high quality product with exemplary service.

We use it once a day getting used to it We really enjoy it easy to set the controls One question ? We set it for 150 degrees and it never goes over 140 degrees Is this normal? My wife and I are glad we have it Thanks The installers did a very professional job! Please do not post this to the public

Our hot tub quit heating on a Sunday evening when the wind chill was -40. After troubleshooting with a couple employees, technicians were sent out (160 miles round trip on a cold Sunday night) to fix the problem. They were all very helpful and pleasant! Highly recommend!
