Blu-fish provided a great boiler repairing service. Good customer service and their engineer - Bevis is very kind and efficiency. He also explained what is the problem and how to fix it to me very clearly. Well done!!
The majority of my electricity went down one evening due to a problem with my fuse box. That next morning Blu-fish arrived, put a temporary fix in place and then replaced the fuse box the next day. Communication and the service was great and the price was very reasonable and competitive. A year later Blu-fish replaced my boiler as I had no heating. Excellent diagnostic skills for an intermittent boiler problem that I feared would require a replacement boiler but only required replacement of a relatively small part. All done quickly, without fuss, and out cost me a lot less than a new boiler!! I would definitely recommend giving them a call!
Over the summer, while we were away on holiday, we needed an emergency call out when (as it turned out) old wiring caused a serious electrical failure in part of our house. Blu-fish were recommended to us by a tradesman we trust who has worked with them a lot. They were on site within a couple of hours and quickly devised an interim solution to keep the key electrical circuits functioning. blu-fish were very professional to deal with and more importantly, very human! I asked them to complete a job with very short notice and they were obliging and helpful. They communicated with me really well, were efficient in providing written feedback and were delightful to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will certainly be using them again!
