Purchased 5k worth of furniture in February which was meant to be available for delivery in 12-14 weeks. Continual delays occurred. It is now October and only 1 item has been received. Was offered a 20% refund for inconvenience, however this was never processed. Have since been told that the remaining items will not be available until November and was offered a refund. Still waiting for the refund. Have emailed and phoned numerous times and received nothing.

We dropped into Blu Dot over the weekend as we were browsing some other stores in the same precinct. The store attendant was super welcoming, kind and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions, and he even recommended us other stores around the area to help us find what we were looking for as what they had in store wasn’t quite right for our space. So refreshing to have a nice experience while furniture shopping!
