I lived here from late July of 2022 through early May of 2024. I rented my unit. Here’s the pros and cons from my experience. Pros: -Location, of course. It’s an easy walk to Union Station, CityPark, Wash Ave, etc. -The security team. I see several reviews putting them down, but it’s important to note that it’s a property rule that all guests must sign in and show ID. Agreed with others, security staff are impolite, don't have any manners. The lady, Mary, arrogant, arguing with owners, renters at their door step. The building is locked & seems secure (low retention of the same security). There are some unsettling people living here. There is a lot of smoke in the hallways, and not just cigarette smoke. Some residents also have been attacked by others living in the building.
