We have lived in Blu for almost 10yrs now and I must admit that everything has gone downhill. I no longer feel safe in the neighborhood due to a couple of other bldgs in the area. I have almost been attacked on two different occasions, by two men from other bldgs. As for our bldg, the quality has changed a lot. The elevators and all floors above the first floor smells like trash, Marijuana smoke, urine, etc. I don't believe that the cleaning ppl go beyond the 1st floor.
