We have lived in Blu for almost 10yrs now and I must admit that everything has gone downhill. I no longer feel safe in the neighborhood due to a couple of other bldgs in the area. I have almost been attacked on two different occasions, by two men from other bldgs. As for our bldg, the quality has changed a lot. The elevators and all floors above the first floor smells like trash, Marijuana smoke, urine, etc. I don't believe that the cleaning ppl go beyond the 1st floor. Very secure. Place smells bad of pot.

I lived here from late July of 2022 through early May of 2024. I rented my unit. Here’s the pros and cons from my experience. Pros: -Location, of course. It’s an easy walk to Union Station, CityPark, Wash Ave, etc. -The security team. I see several reviews putting them down, but it’s important to note that it’s a property rule that all guests must sign in and show ID.
