In this horrible building, we had one of our vehicles broken into through the guest parking. Expensive HOA fees and no amenities. No pool, old gym equipment, no security, homeless attacking you while walking around the condominiums, stolen packages, and nothing working properly on the property such as garage gates/ fobs. This building either needs to lower its HOA fees or make it a better place to live. It’s been going downhill. Phoenix Salon likes to steal the resident's packages.
Just another one of the many condominums going up in Long Beach nothing other than that to say windows used to be cleaner though but that's it
