If I could give this woman ZERO stars, I WOULD! I originally booked for color and cut, but was told I needed a relaxer first, I trusted Ayanna. She did relaxer and lifted my hair at the same time. I already expressed to her prior that my hair was a little damaged. My hair had fallen out, I am devastated!!!! I tried reaching out to her several times and was ignored. I hope this helps the next person.

I got the 5 star hotel treatment! I got hair spa day! I feel so much better after leaving with a steam treatment for my face hair and sinus( suffering from a little cold) treatment! My hair looks fabulous as always but I feel soo much better. I love coming here gonna miss it so much when I move to Nirth Carolina. But will be booking appointments when we come for our DC trips!
