I have rented several places over the years—some great, some mediocre, and others just plain awful. The upkeep here is good at best. The office staff, especially the manager, are rude. The manager speaks at you and not to you and provides ZERO customer service. I will give my notice when the time comes, as I personally prefer a management team with a bit more service-oriented thinking and style. Terrible service. I’ve been trying to get my deposit back for nearly 4 months and every person all the way up to the regional manager (Zurich) has ignored my numerous emails. Place is a scam. Not to mentioned that the building had a rodent infestation in San Mateo and they moved extra slow to do anything about that. BEWARE.
Manager Rosa and Assistant Manager Carlos were very professional, courteous and extremely helpful! I appreciated their help in getting my deposit refund. I have been living at Hunters Chase property for about 2 years now, and as of recent there has been a lot of suspicious activity within and around my complex. I have gone to the office multiple times about this issue and nothing was done. There were reports of people lurking around vehicles and i even found items directly underneath my tires. We have lived here for a very long time about 5 years and the staff was amazing but when I met Mariam she was so kind and lovely and she help us out a lot I really appreciate her help and everyone else they are great people!
BEWARE!!! CRIME RIDDEN APARTMENT COMPLEX POORLY MANAGED - is saying it nicely You will even get a bill from them after you move out! They put in apartment quality products and want YOU to pay to replace things after just a year. Good thing we have post move out photos. Can't trust this place! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The current management (8-2019) tells lies, and is rude and uncaring. We have lived here for years and this management company, "Mission Rock" has been the worst company to manage this community. Not only do they not care about their residents but they make no move to improve upon the quality of life here. You have a problem with a neighbor not picking up their dog waste? Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I haven’t even moved in yet and the friendly and courteous attitude is gone. I’m going to cancel my my lease before I move in. Unfortunate, I was looking forward to moving in with my son but don’t want to live in an environment where you are treated poorly and disrespected. Glad I found out now. Luis
