Called owner to schedule appointment, set it up for 9am on Monday and no one showed. I called and his mailbox was full so I sent a text. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he's very busy, that's why he didn't show. Awesome excuse and great service. Very poor experience. Pick another detail company as this one is horrible and it comes from the top down. Absolutely embarrassing way to run a company.
The work done on the exterior was excellent, although expect there to be an additional charge for a perfect outcome. The interior work is entirely a different story, all of the printing and labels on my dashboard were wiped out, gone! My expensive floor mats were ruined by caustic chemical, the felt inserts in the foot area were ruined and worst of all, the passenger seat was left all the way forward and I did not see the 8 inch long ugly, sticky yellow stain left on my, up until then, perfect 13 yr. old leather seats, This ... read more
