How anyone can leave a negative review I don’t know. If you phone at 8am/12pm you get a same day appointment. The girls on reception are lovely, the doctors are fab. Never had an issue.
It has been my dr’s all my life but the staff now are not the same. Bev the nurse does not have a compassionate bone in her body, she is rude and in the wrong job. Karen the practice manager is just as bad. The drs however are usually very good. Since dr Johnson left it has gone down hill though. They just no longer seem to care.
Law unto themselves at any time, but this takes some beating. My mother appears to have a urine infection. So I get a sample and offer to bring it in. They won't accept samples without an appointment . It gets better. I ask for an appointment and they have none ,and am told to try out of hours- it's 11.00am on a weekday- or try next week. If you're fortunate enough not to be registered with this practice, keep it that way.
