Would be no stars how can a Dr till what up with you over a call I been in lots of pain from 12th oct sunday when i went to New Cross Hospital who told me to call and see my Dr lol call them Monday to be told Dr only do calls and would not see me so she call me just to say keep taking pain kills now it the 15th oct and still in pain and can not walk but they keep saying on the TV / New you can see Dr now well tell these that
A very poor practice. Doctors are so out of date . Plenty to choose from stay away
How anyone can leave a negative review I don’t know. If you phone at 8am/12pm you get a same day appointment. The girls on reception are lovely, the doctors are fab. Never had an issue.
It has been my dr’s all my life but the staff now are not the same. Bev the nurse does not have a compassionate bone in her body, she is rude and in the wrong job. Karen the practice manager is just as bad. The drs however are usually very good. Since dr Johnson left it has gone down hill though. They just no longer seem to care.
