He is going to take the life of a patient due to his arrogance one day. Went in for severe pain due to swelling and muscle spams in my back. He kept telling me that I should have gone to pain management. I explained that I had been sick and just finished a 20 day course of antibiotics, and explained that pain management would be closed in observation of the 4th of July holiday on Friday July 3rd. Doctor Bloxham has taken care of my mother at the ER twice. We found him to be amazing. Extremely thurogh, digging as deep as he needed to go to solve the problem. His communication skills with patients as well as staff were great. He broke the issues down to our layman level so we clearly understood what the real issues were and what needed to be done to solve it while being very compassionate too. Here's what my review says: This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor at the ER. This doctor was one of the most rude, inconsiderate, unemphatic, egotistical, condescending doctors I've ever dealt with. About 24 hours earlier I woke up to my foot and ankle suddenly swollen in a cast. I had flat for reconstructive surgery on March 31st. And had no issues. Worst experience I’ve ever had at an ER. I came in with shortness of breath, confusion, dizziness, and BLUE fingernails/toenails. The front desk got me back right away (probably the only good part of the experience). I went back and started to explain to the nurse what was going on. Dr. Bloxham came in with a student and did a quick exam while I tried to explain my symptoms and then ordered a chest X-ray and nose swab, then left. Is this god walking among us? I’ve never seen a man work more miracles than Dr Brandon Bloxham. His back has been carrying the emergency department for over 10 years. He has done 4 years of medical school, 3 years over residency, and worked in emergency medicine for over 10 years. He has seen it all. After inspection of all the 1 star reviews, the correlation of ignorance and drug seeking behavior is shocking. The man does not make mistakes. There is nothing he cannot do.
