Needs improvement on customer service. I’ve called 4 times and left messages to make an appointment over two day period. I also Text several times. Never received a call back.

Customer service needs improvement, for sure. I got my hair 'styled', pretty much just curled. Let the girl know my hair doesn't hold so if she can do/add whatever she needs to make it stay, that would be great. I figured she would try to make the curls tight or do something...she did loose curls. By the time she was done, most of my hair was already straight again. She had a very 'know it all' attitude.
