Sold some sports and Pokemon cards. Spoke to 4 different employees and everyone was really wonderful and friendly. There was never any pressure and all my questions were explained well. Thank you for such supportive customer service.
Employees are mixed, several employees are scummy and will try to undercount what your bring for bulk trade in Tuesday, and think you won’t notice or try to shuffle it around trying to confuse you so they can undercut you on quantity, shady practices, overpriced
I told the kids I'd bring home Pokémon cards from the US. I was missing a Squirtle - I had a nice chat and was gifted the card.
