Absolutely loved coming here when it was Blown Dry Bar. Lucky I found out that the appointment I had booked a month ago for an event coming up will not be honoured by the new management or I would have been even more upset. That said having to scramble to book a new appointment was disappointing and not being told that the place had closed I only found because I was trying to show a friend the hairstyle I picked. Loved blown dry bar. Not impressed with the new owners and lack of planning.

BUSINESS CLOSED! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Yesterday I attended a wedding and was delighted to see they had an appointment time left after a last minute decision to get my hair done. When I arrived, there was a note on the door saying they were permanently closed. Why keep your online booking system active then? It almost ruined my day if not for another place that had a last minute cancellation.

My wife had an appointment to get her hair done before an event we were going to. When we showed up, there was a sign on the door (see the photo). We understand sometimes businesses have situations where they cannot provide their services due to unforseen situations with staff but the person who took the time to post the sign on the door should have better spent the time by picking up a phone to inform their customers that their appointments are canceled. My extensions always look amazing. It is a great atmosphere and all the girls are wonderful. My extensions look better than they ever have!
