Put in a call a week ago and was supposed to get a return call from someone in the group to do my hair. NO return call! Stylists don’t seem to stay in this salon for any length of time as I’ve had four different ones ever since I’ve utilized their services. Poor customer service if you ask me.
We followed Lacy Reed to Blown Away in Lufkin from her previous place of business in Diboll. I have long, natural silver hair, from once baby-fine blond (see attached photos), And I have worn this unruly, extra-fine, thick and strait hair, only just brushed away from of my face, or just up, my entire life. At 66 I can't be taught otherwise! Lacy always gives me a perfect cut and I never need to bother her again until my brush has to argue it's way through when the ends start to fray.
