I went here one time for a quick cut and blow dry after moving to VA from out of state. I had to go back home for several weeks to take care of a family emergency and although I responded to the text confirmation I received indicating that I needed to reschedule, I was charged $50 on the day of my appointment due to being a “no show”. Not sure how I was a no show when I did not confirm my appointment and responded R for reschedule, not to mention I wasn’t even made aware that they were keeping my card on file.
