My first appointment. I was not seen I arrived 5min before my appointment and was told to have a seat. 15min later I heard a stylist ask another one “who’s client is that” then whispers to each other. Still waiting. At 20 min of being there is asked what is going on why am I still waiting? I was told things like this happen. I sat there un acknowledged for 20 min after my check in. I went here in April for a haircut with layers and curtain bangs. I went after work and they were able to squeeze me in. Caitie did my haircut, herself was an amazing person but she did a choppy cut and didn’t do curtain bangs she gave me short bangs up to my eyes. Im the type of person who hates confrontation and telling people I dislike something so I left crying because I hated the cut and it was not at all what i asked for. I went here a year ago and loved the color. I went this year and was very disappointed. I showed her pictures from last year. The color is much darker this time. When I went in for my appointment, I told them I wanted the same color lowlights from last time. They told me there were no notes on the colors used. I received a very sweet hairstylist! She made sure I was completely satisfied with my looks and kept up a good conversation. Absolutely loved this hair salon!
