Blown Away Salon is amazing! Aleah has done my hair for a couple years. She is a miracle stylist. I see people coming and going constantly. The stylist have been together for a long time and really get along together.
I went in for a consult with Andrea about 2 months ago because my hair was a disaster and she had been highly recommended. Not only was my hair super choppy, but the red that I had put in my hair was just all over the place. In that consult, Andrea did a little cut just to make it all flow together. It was a mess, I swear, each strand of my hair was a different length It felt like, but she made it look 100 times better in that short amount of time. Aleah is amazing. My hair always looks so good after she does it. Aleah is very sweet also.
I met with Andrea. I told her I wanted curtain bangs that would drape over my glasses nicely once I styled them. Instead of telling me she didn’t know how to do that, she cut my bangs way too short. It looks like a 5 year old got ahold of my hair. I also showed her reference photos of what I wanted. It includes layers that shaped my face. She took the smallest strands of hair and barely did any shaping and didn’t do ANY layers. I’m very unimpressed and will not be returning. $65 dollars for a haircut is such a ripoff.
