(Update below)I've been coming to this place on and off for a few years. The first experience I had wasn't great as my stylist was a bit rude but she did a good job so I let it slide. My second time was wonderful and the stylist took good care of me. The third and most recent time a few weeks ago was by far the worst. I asked for a baylage and a cut. I was there for almost 4 hours. Understandable cause I have A LOT of hair to color. But since my color portion took so long my cut was rushed and botched. I have uneven lengths ... read more

** Edit! The stylist reached out and offered to fix my hair at no charge. I so appreciate the effort to make things right! This was my first time here after being on the search for someone new because my typical stylist lives too far away. My hair is beautiful. However, it’s not nearly what I’d asked for. I was really hoping for a warm blended balayage into my natural root to avoid any harsh lines as it grows out but I got bright blonde highlights all over that start 1/4 inch from my scalp. 🥲 My hair also feels a bit fried;... read more
I had the best experience with Trinity! We did a blonde balayage and she dusted my ends, and I’m literally obsessed with how my hair turned out. I hadn’t been able to get my hair done in about a year, so this appointment meant a lot to me, and she did such an amazing job. I left feeling so confident and refreshed. Trinity is so sweet and really listens to what you want. If you’re looking for a stylist who will make you feel comfortable and give you beautiful results, she’s your girl. I’ll definitely be back!
