Stay was comfortable and the room was clean. These things I very much appreciate. It was quaint, well kept, and I felt safe staying there with my small children and husband. However, the hot water lasted for maybe 5 minutes during each shower both nights of our stay. This was not ideal when having to wash two adults plus two small children each night before bed. This is our go to place in Blowing Rock! This was our 5th stay in the last two years. As always... the room was clean, the site was quiet and peaceful, and the check in/check out processes were clearly outlined. We really enjoy staying at the Blowing Rock Inn!

Close to downtown Blowing Rock. Nice rooms. Need a handle on the inside of the screen door.

Rooms and Inn were nice and cozy, easy to find and great location. The front desk reception was rude, she wouldn’t accommodate a simple request of putting us close to each other when there were lots of room open next to us. Had an attitude when we first arrive. Very disappointed in her.

The Blowing Rock Inn has had trouble with adequate hot water for months. The staff is well aware of this and say that corporate has been informed that they are frequently out of hot water. Wish they had the courtesey of letting guests know. We stayed two nights and had icy water both days. When we went to complain about the cold water, there was a guest from the Azalea Inn (sister motel directly across the street) in the office complaining about the same situation there.
