If I could give 0 starts I would. An employee called me to change my appointment time, I said no because I had an ultrasound beforehand. I show up at the original time and the owner blames me for it being late because they ended up changing my appointment anyways without my consent! Absolutely brutal customer service and shocking behaviour by the owner. I had a wonderful experience at Blowdry Lounge with Tessy. Right when I stepped into the salon I knew instantly that I was in good hands, she made me feel welcomed with her kindness, warm energy and professionalism. I did a haircut and blow out and it was exactly what I wanted, the blowout left my hair looking sleek, bouncy, and full of life. I got so many compliments and I felt much more confident. I can’t recommend Tessy enough and I will definitely be coming back!!
Tessy was a great stylist. Not many people know how to blow-dry curly hair but she was a master on the matter. My hair look voluptuous, healthy and thick. Price was also very reasonable. I can't wait to book another appointment with her!
Tessy was my stylist and she did a fabulous job. This was the best hair cut I have ever had in years. The results were amazing and I was so sad when I had to wash my hair and the fresh cut went away. Stop by the Blow Dry Lounge on Avenue Road to get great blowouts and hair cuts by amazing and talented people like Tessy.
We had a great experience with Tessy. She was super friendly and was honest with my daughter about which style would look best on her for her sweet 16. She instructed us what to do to make the curls loosen closer to the party. Highly recommend!
