Absolutely terrible customer service. Used to be a great company, but ever since the owners took over it has gone down significantly. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. It amazes how companies like this even stay in business. They will make every excuse in the book as to why they can't start the run,.

I wish I could give them a negative zero star rating ... The absolute worst, most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. I called to request a quote for my company and some guy answered the phone then he hung up on me.. Maybe he didn't wanna work with "my kind"
