Este lugar es muy desorganizado, y la dueña es generalmente amable solo con clientes nuevos o con su familia y sus amigas. Rude, aggressive, and completely careless. My hair was nearly destroyed, and the stylist couldn’t have cared less about comfort or safety. Inconsistent results, zero professionalism, and no accountability. One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had.

At first, she does your hair well, but after the first two or three visits, the quality drastically declines. She becomes rushed and careless, ripping and aggressively pulling hair, burning the scalp, and stopping the roller dryer before the hair is fully dry - clearly rushing through the service just to be done, instead of saying, “Come another day so I can do it properly.” It feels greedy and careless, prioritizing leaving over quality and safety.
