⚠️D I S C R I M I N A T I O N⚠️ I visited this salon this morning after calling ahead around 8:45 AM to ask if they were busy. I was told they were not, so I arrived about 10 minutes later. When I got there, I waited about 25 minutes while watching the staff move around and check their phones. Este lugar es muy desorganizado, y la dueña es generalmente amable solo con clientes nuevos o con su familia y sus amigas. Después de varias visitas, el servicio se volvió inconsistente, apresurado y un agresivo. Si tienes el cabello saludable y largo, existe riesgo de que se rompa por su manejo brusco y descuidado. Rude, aggressive, and completely careless. My hair was nearly destroyed, and the stylist couldn’t have cared less about comfort or safety. Inconsistent results, zero professionalism, and no accountability. One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had.
