They are under contract to service my HOOT system. Since they are only about 2 miles from my house I expected great friendly local service . On one occasion the owner sent me a "report" saying he couldn't inspect my service because there wasn't "power to the unit". OMG there WAS power to the unit-the problem was that the 9 volt battery inside the hoot unit had gone out-the business OWNER couldn't tell the difference between a 9 volt battery an a 220 electrical line and then charged me another $50 for his ignorance!
