I’ve been a patient here since 2018. I originally had left a positive review and had a great experience each time I went. Scheduling an appointment wasn’t bad as I didn’t have to wait several months just to get seen back then. However that changed after a few years and scheduling an appointment Appt became a nightmare. Didn't even get seen because they called and canceled my appointment which was supposed to be in April and told me I couldn't call back to make another one until June. I have a broken tooth and no one will take my damn insurance!!!!!
We made a dental appointment were asked all type of dental questions But when we arrived they say we made a mental health appointment the receptionist was very rude and non caring that we took off from work and drove 30 min to get there attitude was just deplorable I will tell everyone I can to NEVER make an appointment with such nasty people
JUDGMENTAL! Absolutely sad they treat patients the way they do! Extracted 2 teeth said calling in something for pain pick up Tylenol 325mg called after being up all night dizzy vomiting asked if Dr Jackson could numb it and manger gets on the phone and says I'm narcotic seeking! THEY DO NOT CARE JUDGE YOU FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN THE DOOR and and one keeps running out smoking Dr Jackson was speaking on that WANT THE HIGH SCHOOL TEA?!?! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!
