I had a bad experience. I arrived at 11:10 and they didn't want to sell me gas because it was already going to be lunch time (12, mind you) and come back after 1. They have to improve their service. I've talked with others and the same thing has happened to them.
Very bad service. Customer service needs training and so do the people who fill the tanks. They are rude, don't care about your business, and it was just a bad experience overall.
I'm new to using propane gas and did not do my due deligence before my purchase. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Here's my story; First year with Blount was uneventful and seemed to be a good fit. I called Blount about a year later to order a refill for the 100 gallon tank. We only use gas for the fireplace and is not our primary heat source. At the time I still had 30% in the tank and they added 60-65% to fill. well these people pretending to be friendly and said that they are trying to help us. that was good. ok let's just say that my gas tank is at 0 due to another gas company misleading us. so today on Friday Jan 10 2025 they refused to make a delivery that was overpriced but I didn't care the cost. so they told us due to the bad weather that they get off at 3pm. didn't say that earlier.
