Complete train wreck of a front office. Scheduled for the 8th, got a call saying they had a cancellation if I could come in today. Showed up today at 2pm only to find out the doctor had left. Said it's fine, I'll keep the 8th, but they had already given that appointment away and wouldn't reschedule me sooner - said I'd have to wait 2 months or for another cancellation. Absolutely ridiculous... oh and they were sure to collect payment before telling me the Doctor left and then refused to refund it.
Alexandra Jett Stromatt, PA, is outstanding. She is very thorough, professional, and courteous. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. I truly appreciate how attentive she is and how much she cares about her patients. It’s refreshing to have a provider who combines knowledge with genuine compassion. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent gastroenterology care.
The staff are always friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained. Dr. Wright is very thorough, professional and listens very well to my concerns, he responds quickly to My Chart messages. His diagnosis and treatment has been second to none and drastically changed my life. I am very pleased with the care I receive.
Gross Negligence, Missed Diagnoses, and Dangerous Retaliation. Dr. Andrew Canning & Laura Hensley! Avoid Dr. Canning and his PA, Laura Hensley, at all costs. I was a patient at this office for over a year, and during that entire time, they completely misdiagnosed and ignored my real health problems. They fake being compassionate while stringing you along with continual visits, treatments, and biopsies just to line their pockets instead of actually finding out what is wrong with you.
