I cannot express enough how well this place is handled. The manager was warm, caring, and willing to help navigate everything through one of the most terrible weeks of my life. This place is a blessing to families dealing with trauma and/or grief.
As it ends, I didn't have to settle infor my stay. But the manager showed me around.. I felt it was homey and safe. Had a warm welcoming feel under stressful circumstances.
The great Dissappontment... disappointment. They got my money. Filthy, run down , old furniture, dirty linen, stains on the carpet, nasty towels and stains on the wash cloths, what a disappointment. #Rundown, Old & Dirty..
