I had an experience with Blount EMS on 3/22/21. They were called to my home as I could not breathe well and had quit breathing at times. 2 of the paramedics were awesome, but the shorter woman was rude, and assumed the worst because I was having trouble breathing even though my family had let them know I was dealing with significant health issues for over a year and on a transplant list. Rudest people of all. Was in a mental health crisis back in July 2020. They were passing on wrong information and was telling stories on me. Also a short lady with blonde hair took my phone and treated me unfairly. They use their restraints on me saying that I was in a combative mood and I wasnt. Unprofessional attitudes and disrespectful individuals!!! Wouldnt recommend riding on the ambulance services with Blount County EMS.
