We had high hopes when we started working with this company — the initial communication was detailed and collaborative. They shared design drafts, addressed feedback, and even the owner was added to the email chain. However, despite multiple follow-ups, we never received the promised updated screening concept or preliminary pricing. We used Blount Designer to do the landscaping and site plan for our new construction build. It was a complicated design and Blount did an excellent job of bringing our vision to life. The communication was excellent in spite of the fact that I was out of state for much of the time. One of my neighbors described our landscape as “absolute perfection” and we couldn’t agree more. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
