I will not be going back to this practice. I had an appointment at 1:45 on my day off and sat there for 40 minutes with people who came in after me taken back one after the other. Finally the girl at the front desk tells me that she was waiting on paperwork but reallized she didn't give me any and printed out the papers I filled last time I was in and had just put my chart back to be seen. RecommendedDr Alex and staff were terrific! I had a very good experience today as a new patient. The Optical Center did a great job with choosing new glasses and the right trifocal option. I would highly recommend BCEC.
They are very professional, courteous, and so friendly! They took their time and got my prescription correct.
My first experience with BCEC was an “exceptional one!” Starting with the warm welcoming staff. The level of thorough care of my optical examination was rated “over the top” from any past eye examinations I have ever been provided. Dr. Matt McBride extended such thoughtfulness in personalizing my care. I left there totally impressed & a very happy patient who has no desire to look any further for my eye health care! Very unorganized. Was told after 2 separate visits that I had paid my bill in full and received another bill in the mail after each appointment. I was also referred to Tennessee eye group for a spot on my eye, Blount county eye center failed to send them anything as to why I was there, no paperwork, no pictures of my eyes, nothing. After wasting most of the day there, I was told that it was absolutely nothing. They were so amazing at BCEC with my 9 year old special needs child! We appreciated the staff for their kindness and being so awesome to our son! We will be back!
