If I could give them a zero I would. Zero customer service. Flowers were supposed to be delivered between Mayb10-12. It’s now May 15 and still no flowers. I can’t reach a real person on tbt phone to help me and the bot assistance on their website is useless. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
Total scam. The price was doubled on what the internet said. There was a deduction on my refund despite no order ever going through. Terrible!
They don’t deserve even one star. It is US$ and the price on their website will be double that on your credit card. Total scam and because of google search, it pops up as top florist wherever you are looking (came up as #1 for Fredericton NB and it’s in the US).
Needed an arrangement for a funeral service, completed all info online; they couldn't complete the order, asked me to call to verify details, every time I called you only get an automated system, and then you are disconnected. There is no option for customer service. Had to cancel and order from a different Florist
