This place is terrible. Couldn’t deliver my flowers on the requested date due them not receiving their shipment on time and wanted me to pay more for them to use their alternative. Shouldn’t book orders and take money from customers if items are not available. My friend’s son was murdered and now I can’t get her the sympathy roses I ordered before the funeral. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

I am very displeased with the service rendered by you facility. I still cannot understand why a driver approved by and whom works for your company would lie and falsify that he delivered the bouquet of flowers that I had ordered through your website. This is very dishonest! And now, my sister, whom should have received her bouquet, to celebrate her birthday, isn't able to receive the love and good intent that her family had. I ordered the bouquet all the way from Germany quite last minute. They delivered a beautiful flower arrangement on time and made the recipient very very happy. Thank you so very much!
