I rang through a flower order on the phone and was warmly greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Josie. I am interstate and ordering on the phone especially when you can’t see the flowers can be at times a bit daunting. Would just like to say a massive thank you to Blossoms of Blackburn especially to the lovely lady Josie. We use this company to do a flower arrangement for my uncle funeral. Nothing was too hard for them to do there Communication back and forth with us was incredible. Could not recommend this company enough. We will be using them in the future for any flower arrangements.
Got my partner some flowers for valentines day. Quickly stopped over at Blossoms of Blackburn as it was nearby and was glad I went here! Walked away very happy.
My son and I went to this business to order a corsage for a formal and paid for it that day I went to pick it up six days later as arranged, and instead of a corsage, they had a bouquet made for me. The owner and clerk (not the one who took my order and forgot to note that we needed a corsage) were apologetic and offered to make me a corsage on the spot, which they did, but my son reported the entire flower fell off the band and into pieces as soon as his date put it on her wrist (he said the glue they used - instead of wire... read more
