I rang through a flower order on the phone and was warmly greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Josie. I am interstate and ordering on the phone especially when you can’t see the flowers can be at times a bit daunting. I went into your beautiful store yesterday to buy some flowers for a friend with terminal cancer. Your florist Nerida was very busy but I felt seen and heard. She helped me with my purchase with professionalism, kindness and empathy when I was very upset about my friend. I left feeling so happy about my experience with a stunning array of flowers. Would just like to say a massive thank you to Blossoms of Blackburn especially to the lovely lady Josie. We use this company to do a flower arrangement for my uncle funeral. Nothing was too hard for them to do there Communication back and forth with us was incredible. Could not recommend this company enough. We will be using them in the future for any flower arrangements.
