I've had a bad experience the last two times. The first time I payed for flowers and a balloon and the balloon never got delievered. Then this last time I ordered certain flowers with a certain vase. I was sent a picture of that they looked like, they looked terrible, not the kind of flowers I wanted or vase. Everyone who saw the floors was not inpressed.
Notably good service experience Friendly, courteous service. Great selection and pleasant surroundings.
