Have been with HCA, Roodlane & Blossoms Healthcare for over a decade. The doctors there are genuinely caring and professional. The first 9 years, it was paid for by my employer but even though my employer has now switched private GP provider, I continue to pay to be a private patient with them, that's how impressed I am with the service and the doctors there!
Really disappointed at the treatment I have received from Blossoms. It is over a month since my appointment and have been trying to get in contact them about receiving my results/or knowing when they get released for 2 weeks and I have been consistently brushed off.
Well I was very pleased with the service I received. The high sealing and nice furnishing are nice to see.
Variable. It really depends upon whom you see. Sarah Ward, the practice nurse is very pleasant and very professional. Dr Deryk Waller also very pleasant and thorough and I will return to see him. In contrast, Dr Shebana Chaudhari was filthy rude. I was so shocked I did not return to the practice for more than a year. The first thing she said to me, when I entered the surgery was “ who is paying for this appointment?” How is that relevant?
