I got this fruit and gourmet basket from Blossoms for my mom to celebrate her being cancer-free, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The presentation was absolutely beautiful—the fresh fruit, the arrangement, and that butterfly bow just made it feel so special. Picked out “ Secret Garden” to be sent to a friends mothers funeral. Said next day delivery. WAS NOT DELIVERED. and now over a week later they are saying that plant is not available, want to substitute with a peace lily. I specifically did not want a peace lily. So as of now, no plant delivered to the church where the pastor is going to have to take it to the family. BUT there was NO hesitation in charging my card for the flowers! If I could give a zero star rating , I would!
I have ordered from Blossoms for over 10 years - they have always been amazing. Tracy did my wedding flowers and let me tell you - they were absolutely stunning! I can always count on them to send the freshest arrangements & plants to those I love. Their baked goods are beautiful and so yummy! Thank you for always taking care of us!
I've placed several orders with this company before for pickup and I've always had a great experience. Today was no different. They were out of a specific flower that went in the arrangement I ordered. They text me a picture of the replacement flower and since I didn't like the color, they actually worked with me to create a new arrangement that I think looked better than what I originally ordered.
