I'm not sure how they are highly rated, but they need to be taking off the ranks. I'm in another state and I just needed a simple bouquet for my sister who's in the hospital. I put in all the information (ie room number, hospital address, my number etc). I started getting emails that they couldn't deliver because I didn't have the information on my order. Horrible experience. I ordered flowers for a dear friend’s funeral and the florist charged me and then proceeded to tell me that they could not fulfill the order and they would send it to another florist, but there would be an additional $30 charge. Needless to say I canceled the order and would never do business here again.
Best flower shop in the Shreveport - Bossier area!
We came from out of state for the passing of a family member. I can not say enough good things about the flower shop. They absolutely went above and beyond and created the most beautiful flower arrangements I've ever seen. I wish I had taken some pictures because my words do not do justice to the absolutely breathtaking sprays that were delivered. Thank you guys, customer for life
