Poorest experience ever - employees and owner lacks customer service skills, places the burden of your purchase on you. I purchased a custom necklace and wrist band a couple of years ago from this shop. Wrist band broken and required repair. Told it would take about a week. After 3 weeks, with me following up and no responses back from the shop, I aired my frustration to the owner. Her response, more of the same. Consider paying with cash or debit card because they pass the credit card fee along to the customer and it won't be on your receipt but it will be on your statement. When you call the store to ask, you'll be told that "this policy is posted on the counter and you're welcome to call your bank to verify, have a blessed day."
