I really wanted to have a good experience, but unfortunately my first session with Arfa didn’t go how I hoped. While I was opening up about something very personal, the therapist yawned multiple times, which made me feel like I wasn’t really being heard. The session also went off-topic quite a bit, and a lot of time was spent on unrelated tangents and personal stories that didn’t feel necessary to what I was trying to talk about.
