We should have know that from the beginning that this place had red flags, the communication was horrible., Cant get a live person on the phone, you leave messages to get information or an intake date no one calls back after several attempts we got the intake appt. We get there and NO ONE in the office except what appeared to be one therapist who never acknowledged me but went into her office and shut the door - she did not ask who I was there to see, offer any assistance, etc.. No front office person, etc. no number to call... read more

I had a horrible experience here after I had to miss 2 sessions because I was sick! I have chronic illnesses and never know how I’m going to feel from one day to the next but because I had to cancel twice the morning of my sessions I was talked down to and treated extremely rudely by my therapist. What bothered me the most is the therapist I was seeing canceled twice the morning of our session because she was “under the weather” both times. It took me a while to find the right therapist and I’ve had a really good experience with Arfa. She is easy to talk to and makes it easy to feel comfortable right away. She listens closely, asks good questions, and gives advice that actually feels useful in real life. I also appreciate that she does not make things feel overly complicated and has a way of helping you think through things clearly. You can tell she really pays attention and cares about understanding what you’re saying. Overall I would definitely recommend her.

I’m writing from a friends account but these are horrible people. Arfah the therapist will yawn n type n do other things while pretending to listen and then she can’t stop talking about her own life. Am I your therapist or are you mine ? The worst. she has a long way to go and seems inexperienced. Also th management here is not empathetic at all just fake nice for show.
