The room and atmosphere was great but the service was not. The massage was meant to be 45 minutes but was only 40. The therapist also went to the bathroom half way through. Very jabby and way too much elbow used, causing pain and not much relaxation.

Really lovely staff. Friendly and nice to chat with. Walked in and was seen within 15 minutes or so for a 60min session. There was a second massage therapist that offered to come do 'stretching' for my joints at the end of my 60min window. That lady cracked my back with such immediate and surprising relief afterwards. Clearly knows what she's doing. Google states 9:30 but actually opens at 10:00AM Premises aren't shiny and new, but the massage was great

Called at 3pm for a 4:30 appt for 2 people. Arrived 4:25 to be told they were full and no one told them there was an appointment . So not impressed. Edit. You tried to call me 4 times? Like you, I dont answer calls I don’t know. You could have left a message any of those 4 times and I would happily have called back to confirm - or sent a text message. Terrible customer service just cancelling our appt.
