I had purchase package at end of October for 5 treatments after paying for my first one. I scheduled it for today. Prior to my appt I received a message they had moved and they sent the address which has a new name (Tranquility wellness spa). Upon arrival I was told that the lady who sold me the package stole money from the company and she didn’t mark anyone down (but my appointment was there and I was contact to come to new place). I got a $75 facial on the 11th of November. A bluelight facial Nyomi said. But didn't even had that bluelight. The first staff told me she'll come in to do other stuff and the bluelight. But I let it go which I shouldn't have. I should have asked. I was offered a 6-session facials for $1000 and gave me products. We discussed a cleanser, toner and collagen. Naomi was informative and Patricia was great. . Love the oxygen mask that was used. With that said after this relaxing facial I was hit with a $2000+ sales pitch that truly ruined my initial spa experience at Blossom.Â
There’s not a more pleasant place to visit with instant results. Eric was friendly and super thorough. Patricia was very tender and smooth. She did a fabulous job and I will be back.Â
