Went here for some simple items. I was met with nothing but the feeling of an inconvenience to be asking questions about the items I was curious about. Rude customer service, without any shame. A regretful waste of my time. I had stopped at two other florist shops afterwards, both who helped me tremendously and provided extra education on the piece I was trying to create. Would not recommend this location based off the owners attitude.
Got my wedding bouquet, bouteineries and bridesmaids flowers here. Quick easy and affordable! They were beautiful and I got so many compliments on them.
Ordered mother's day flowers 4 days ahead of the date, the website said "we'll get all flowers delivered, please bear with us." It didn't arrive. I called the next day and the rationale was "we missed it, it was human error." They offered an apology bouquet which was a weird gesture but I said okay. The flowers didn't arrive that day either. Absolutely disgraceful service. Went in to pick up a $80 arrangement for Mother’s Day and was handed roses with brown, crispy leaves. Not just slightly off — they looked like they were sitting out for days. We went back in to say something and was met with the rudest woman we've ever dealt with — the owner, apparently. She didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to fix anything. Instead, she smugly told us it was “normal,” then started ripping petals off the roses right in front of me like that was going to help.
